Edit Profile Settings

To edit your profile settings, navigate to Account Settings in the top-right dropdown on desktop (or the top-left navigation menu on mobile), then select the Profile tab on the left.

Make any desired changes to your personal contact information and email options, then click Save Profile.

Email Options

Choose your desired email preferences. Selecting "No" will unsubscribe you from all communications for each category.

Will my contact information appear in my listing?

The details you share in your Account Information will not be visible on your listing(s). This information is for internal purposes so that we can contact you regarding your account.

To edit your contact information on a listing level, go to My Listings and visit this article in the Help Center for more information.

Manage Contact Information

The email listed under Email Addresses in your Account Settings is the primary email address for your account. All account notices, including renewals and password resets, will be sent to this address.

Verify Your Email Address

  1. To verify your email address, go to Account Settings.
  2. Select Email Addresses from the navigation menu on the left.
  3. If your email address is marked as "Unverified," click Resend verification on the right:

  4. You'll receive a verification email sent to your primary email address. Once you've clicked Verify now in the email, you can then proceed to add another email address to your account.

Can't find the email?

If you haven't received the password reset email within 2 minutes, verify that your email is entered correctly, and then check your spam and junk folders for emails from info@offcampuspartners.com. If you still don't see the email, try using your username and/or any other email addresses possibly linked to your account. If you still don't receive an email or experience any other issues, please contact customer support for assistance.

Manage Property Listing Emails Settings

If you have a property listing and would like email leads to go to a different email address, you can add an alternate email address by following the steps provided here.

You can also view and manage email leads online by going to Account Settings > Email Leads.
