Updating Your Information

You can update your user settings and information at any time by going to Account Settings after you've finished creating your account.

Sign in to search for housing, sublets, and resources.

Trouble Accessing Your Account?

If you need help accessing your account, you can reset your password.

If resetting your password doesn't resolve your issue, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.

Students, Faculty, and Staff

If you are a student, faculty, or staff member with university/college login credentials, click here to register for an affiliate account, and then follow the steps provided.

Looking to list a rental property or sublet? If you are a student, faculty, or staff member, you can sign up as a community member and add a listing. If you are not a student, faculty, or staff member, or have more than one property you'd like to list on the site, you can sign up as a Property Lister and explore our various subscription options.

Guests

If you are a future student, faculty, or staff member, or a parent/relative, click here to register for a Guest account.

University affiliates who have not yet been issued university login credentials or a school email will have the chance to upgrade their account later on.

Property Listers

If you are not a student, faculty member, or staff member and wish to list a property on the website, you can register for a Property Lister account.
